This project takes about one hour to complete. The finished product does need to bake for 20 minutes. By the end of this activity, each person will have created two items. The two instructed dish designs are about 3 inches in diameter and 1 inch deep.

Great little kit BUT.....Pricing is misleading!

Be careful before placing an order for this product. The pricing is for multiple kits for multiple people. You need to select how many people will be making pieces with this kit. More people...more money. Which is understandable, if you are aware that you are buying this type of kit (family style/size?) You can set the kit size for anywhere between 2 and 8 people. This one seems to be set on here for 8 people, which you can change if wanted.
But if you only need one kit, which IS enough for 2 people to share, you can look further on this site where you can find the single kits for around $35. A good price for what you get with this kit, which is actually quite fun in itself! Probably the lowest price I've seen yet for this kit among other online sellers,too. You can make between 6-8 little bowls and it includes EVERYthing you need to do this!(minus the baking sheet and oven!) It has easy instructions included showing you how to create the marble effect with the clay. Great for a weekend project with a child, a friend, or just by yourself.
